本規約は、株式会社EFG technologies（以下「当社」）が提供する Android アプリ「Airgap」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。本アプリは Google Play を通じて配布され、Google Play の利用規約も併せて適用されます。
当社は、本規約に従うことを条件に、あなた個人が本アプリを非独占的・譲渡不能な形で利用する権利を許諾します。本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、改変、再配布、販売は禁止します。
本アプリの中核機能（アプリの遮断・利用時間の計測）には、「使用状況へのアクセス」「アクセシビリティサービス」「他のアプリの上に表示」の各権限が必要です。これらはあなたが明示的に許可した場合にのみ有効になり、いつでも Android の設定から取り消せます。取得する情報と使い方はプライバシーポリシーに記載しています。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。当社は、本アプリが特定の目的に適合すること、遮断が常に機能すること、計測値が正確であることを保証しません。Android の仕様変更・端末メーカー独自の省電力機能・OS によるプロセス終了等により、遮断や計測が期待どおりに動作しない場合があります。本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じた損害について、当社は法令上許される最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。
本アプリは生活習慣を支援するツールであり、医療機器ではありません。依存症その他の疾患の診断・治療・予防を目的とするものではありません。
当社は本規約を改定することがあります。重要な変更は本ページの更新日をもって周知します。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These terms govern your use of the Android app "Airgap" (the "App") provided by EFG technologies Inc. (the "Company"). By using the App you agree to them. The App is distributed through Google Play, and Google Play's Terms of Service also apply.
Subject to these terms, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for your personal use. Reverse engineering, modifying, redistributing, or reselling the App is not permitted.
The App's core features (blocking apps and measuring usage) require Usage Access, an Accessibility Service, and permission to display over other apps. These take effect only if you grant them, and you can revoke them at any time in Android settings. What is collected and how it is used is described in the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is." The Company does not warrant that it is fit for a particular purpose, that blocking will always work, or that measurements are accurate. Android platform changes, manufacturer-specific battery optimizations, or the OS terminating processes may prevent blocking or measurement from working as expected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
The App supports everyday habits. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent addiction or any other condition.
The Company may revise these terms. Material changes are communicated by updating the date on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the App.
